Интересно было узнать мнение сторонников перезахоронения Ричарда Третьего в Лестере. :)
Знаю, что было собрано много подписей под петицией с просьбой захоронить его в Йорке.

Хотя еще не решено, где, собственно, состоится захоронение - но вот корона, которую будут нести во время церемонии, уже создана.

Gilded crown with enamelled roses, lab sapphires and rubies, freshwater pearls, emeralds and turquoise.

At Tewkesbury this weekend the funeral crown of King Richard III will be unveiled at the event commemorating the Battle of Tewkesbury (4 May 1471).

The crown was designed and commissioned by Society member, historian and author Dr John Ashdown-Hill, a founder member of the Looking For Richard Project. The crown will be displayed from 11 a.m. on Saturday, 3 May, in Tewkesbury Abbey.

It is intended that the crown will accompany the remains of King Richard, wherever he is buried.

The crown is gilt and embellished with jewels and enamelling, and has been made to fit the medieval king’s head measurements. Designed to emulate 15th-century examples, it took 15 months to construct by medieval jewellery reproduction expert, George Easton who has produced pieces for film and television including the Harry Potter films and The Hobbit.
